Dear Parents,
Let me introduce myself, my name is Mitzi Lyon and I am the Family Life Director for Grace Lutheran Church. I am honored to have this opportunity to share the love of Jesus with your child. We have planned a very exciting year. With a hands on learning style, music, crafts and activities, they will begin to learn the Bible stories in chronological order and how they all fit together. They will become genuinely excited about how much Jesus loves them as we together dig into the Bible in a year.
I truly believe with all my heart that a very important component to the growth of our “Family Life Ministry” is relationships. Not only relationships with each other, but more importantly our best friend Jesus. There is nothing better than growing up in a church family where the friendships made grow into a lasting bond that will not only be life changing, but can last a lifetime. I pray that as we begin this new ministry God would fill us with opportunities to grow in our relationships and become better rooted in our faith.
